Building Better Communities
Connecting Communities was established to provide a different approach to engaging with communities. This means all communities, whether it be your current community, target market, database of contacts, residents, tenants, businesses or staff.
Our aim was to do it better by using the power of data intelligence, the latest in technology and our proprietary approaches to making engagement more effective.
The difference is in the research approach. It is bespoke and targetted, based on years of refining research methods and community engagement practices to better understand needs, wants and behavioural patterns. We use this to inform strategy about how to better communicate with your community and to add value to the experience on their journey with you. This can influence web design, marketing, social media, and engagement strategy.
We draw from nearly three decades of studying people and their communities of interest. We have undertaken market research and engagement across the full spectrum of organisations from government, large listed companies, not for profit, church and charitable and small businesses.
This has influenced the planning and development of businesses, community infrastructure, accommodation, retail, townships and even cities.
