We have worked with HT since 2015 on multiple projects that have grown the portfolio to three villages with some 900 units and another 1200 in the pipeline. Each has home care and a planned aged care facility on site. Our work has included market analysis, operations and policy development, marketing, sales, social and economic impact assessment.

We assisted Scootering in overhauling its website to deliver more leads, an online booking system and a fully-automated custom-built CRM to manage its community with limited staff involvement. We developed automated EDM and social campaigns to grow the business in a very difficult period for bike rentals during COVID.

Baldwin Living has a unique range of boutique retirement villages in Sydney, Melbourne, Geelong, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Hobart. The privately-owned group has been operating warm and friendly villages for over 40 years. Connecting Community worked with the Senior Management team to build a custom-built customer engagement system that automated its campaigns and generated literally tens of millions of dollars in new sales in the first 12 months.

Building Healthy Communities
Aoyuan International develops and operates properties in Sydney Canada, Hong Kong and Macao, China. It has developed some outstanding large scale residential projects including One30 Hyde Park in Sydney's CBD. Connecting Community assisted Aoyuan in undertaking a market analysis on a major development in Sydney and coordinating its Investment Prospectus that was used for capital raising in its projects.

Australian Integrated Carbon
Environmental Change for our Future
AI Carbon specialises in working with landowners to facilitate Carbon Farming. This enables the regrowth of native vegetation in order to capture carbon. We worked with AIC to assist them in developing its business case documentation for due diligence in securing its investment partnership with Mitsubishi Corporation in 2021. Since then, we have designed and implemented a customised marketing and CRM implementation to facilitate customer growth nationally.
