Andrew Giles
With an extensive career in strategy, consulting, marketing and sales, Andrew has worked across government and the private sector. His interest is in social and community planning, strategy, market research, economics and property. He is considered a property specialist, but has particular expertise in residential development and especially seniors living. Andrew has led developments and project sales totalling billions in value to the economy. He was the former CEO of the Retirement Villages Association of Australia and lead the merger with the Property Council of Australia to form the Retirement Living Council (where he is still a board member) and held a number of board and senior management positions across a range of industries.
Customer Research and Engagement Strategy
Dr. Jacqueline Saad
Jacqueline is highly regarded in Australia in the area of human psychology. She is a neuroscientist and just completed her doctoral research with a focus on brain MRI. Jacqueline brings unique insights into neuromarketing (physiological and neural signals to gain insight into customers' motivations, preferences, and decisions). She has operated a highly successful psychology practice in Sydney for over a decade after a period in the corporate sector in Human Resources. Jacqueline has appeared on leading national television programs (including The Today Show, Today Tonight) and written for several leading academic journals and mainstream magazines (including Cosmopolitan and Marie Claire) in people and relationships.
